TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment Methods

Payments can be made by PayPal and bank transfer to a USD Bank Account or IDR Bank Account.

All bank charges are to be covered by the client.

 The invoice must be paid in full before any bookings can be confirmed.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • A secure deposit  is required to start working on the service requested by the client, regardless of whether the client proceeds with the booking and not deductable from the total balance. This deposit is non-refundable.

  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure. For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, full payment is required immediately.
  • Non-refundable services (such as hotel reservations or experiences with strict supplier policies) will not be reimbursed, unless otherwise stated.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing. 
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
  • In the case of postponement requested by the client, efforts will be made to re-book the services at NO additional costs, although this cannot be guaranteed – additional fees might apply for services that have been paid for already and are not refundable. A new date does not need to be confirmed immediately, but rebooking must be made within 12 months.
  • If an alternative payment schedule is preferred, it can be discussed with our team.
  • In case of late payment, Take Me to the Moon reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings as necessary. Late payment may also result in additional fees or loss of reservation.

Booking Confirmation

  • Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received.
  • To confirm reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total itinerary is required within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the departure date.
  • Failure to pay the deposit within the deadline will result in automatic cancellation

Changes to the Itinerary

  • Prior to final confirmation, the client is entitled to request up to three itinerary changes, subject to availability and potential price revision. After acceptance and payment, the itinerary becomes binding.

  • Revisions requested after confirmation will incur a 500.000 IDR/hour itinerary revision fee.

  • Changes are subject to supplier availability and policies.

Inclusions & Exclusions

  • Only the items explicitly listed in the itinerary are included. Any additional costs, such as restaurant bills, beach club fees not specifically included, are excluded.
  • These expenses must be paid directly by the client at the venue, unless otherwise arranged in advance through our concierge service.
  • In cases where the concierge makes payments on behalf of the client, a final invoice will be issued at the end of the service for reimbursement.

Itinerary changes & Refunds

  • Take Me to the Moon aims to follow the planned itinerary but may adjust activities as needed to enhance the experience.
  • If an activity included in the itinerary cannot be carried out due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the client’s control – with the exception of force majeure events – a refund will be issued for that specific activity.
  • No refunds will be granted for scheduled and paid-for activities that clients choose not to attend.
  • Clients are responsible for adhering to the itinerary, including meeting times and locations.

Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is not included in any itinerary or package. Clients are responsible for purchasing their own insurance to cover personal incidents, medical emergencies, cancellations, lost or stolen property, and trip disruptions. We strongly recommend clients to purchase one

Liability

  • Take Me to the Moon is not liable for personal injury, loss, damages, accidents, or delays beyond our control.
  • Take Me to the Moon is not liable for incidents occurring during supplier services, including liability for personal injury, loss, damages, accidents, or delays, caused by our supplier/partnership.
  • Clients are responsible for their own behavior and must conduct themselves respectfully towards staff, guides, and other participants.
  • We reserve the right to deny service to any client engaging in disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior, with no refund provided.

Force Majeure Events

Take Me to the Moon is not responsible for delays, cancellations, changes to the itinerary, or additional costs resulting from force majeure events. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, volcanic eruptions)
  • Wars, riots, or political instability
  • Epidemics or pandemics
  • Government travel restrictions or changes in visa policies
  • Airline or transport strikes
  • Unforeseen health emergencies affecting the client or third parties

In such cases, we will make every effort to assist in rearranging services or finding alternative solutions, but any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the client. Refunds will not be granted for services missed due to these events unless recoverable from our suppliers.

Complaints & Issue Resolution

  • Any issues during the trip must be reported immediately to allow for a prompt resolution.
  • Complaints made after the trip may not be considered if our team was not informed in real-time.

Governing Law

  • Any disputes or legal matters will be subject to the laws of Indonesia.

 Privacy Policy

  • Take Me to the Moon respects client privacy and collects personal information solely for booking and itinerary purposes.
  • Personal details (e.g., names, contact details, passport information) are handled securely and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.
  • Take Me to the Moon secures Client data with professional technical measures to prevent leakage of Client data, but if a data leak occurs outside of Take Me to the Moon, Take Me to the Moon is not responsible for the data leak that occurs.
  • Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.

General Terms

  • Take Me to the Moon reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Changes will be effective upon posting on our website and will be communicated to clients via email for acknowledgment.
  • Updated Terms and Conditions sent via email are applicable and prevail over any previous versions.

Agreement

  • By booking the services, clients agree to the above Terms and Conditions

CUSTOMER DATA NOTICE

 

At TAKE ME TO THE MOON we prioritize your privacy and transparency in how we handle your personal data. To ensure a seamless experience, we may need to share essential information with our trusted service providers strictly for purposes related to your stay.

By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and accept the following:

Use of Personal Data

We may collect and share necessary personal details (e.g., name, contact information, pick-up/drop-off locations, special requests) with third-party service providers such as:

  • Private drivers and transportation services
  • Tour guides and experience providers
  • Private chefs and wellness professionals
  • Other hospitality partners directly involved in your stay

Purpose of Data Sharing

Your information will be shared exclusively to facilitate services related to your experience, including but not limited to:

  • Transportation and transfers
  • Activity and experience coordination
  • Special requests (e.g., dietary needs, wellness treatments)

Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Your data will not be used for any purpose other than the requested service. We will keep your data for 12 months and then delete it to ensure that there are no complaints, criticisms, and input from you in the context of post-service from Take Me to the Moon
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with unauthorized third parties.
  • All partners handling your information are required to comply with strict privacy and confidentiality standards.

Photography & Media Usage

During your stay, photos and/or videos may be taken to document experiences. Some of these images may be used for promotional purposes on social media or other communication channels. If you do not wish to be included in any media content, please inform us in advance.

Withdrawal of Consent

You may request the removal of your data from our records at any time by contacting us at info@tothemoonnow.com

 

This does not affect any data lawfully processed before the request.

By confirming and proceeding with payment for our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
